Huawei is sending a new software update to some of its Enjoy lineup smartphones. The update brings November 2020 security patches to Huawei Enjoy 10, Enjoy 9e and Enjoy 20 smartphones. It does not bring any new features to your phones but, makes the device more secure to use.
The latest updates are hitting Enjoy 9s and Enjoy 10 with firmware version 9.1.0.278 and 9.1.1.194 respectively. On the other hand, the Huawei Enjoy 20 is getting an upgrade from EMUI 10.1.1.161 to EMUI 10.1.1.166. Currently, the update is rolling out to the Chinese variant of Enjoy 20, but expected to roll out in other regions in the coming weeks.
If you are a user of Huawei Enjoy 10, Enjoy 9e and Enjoy 20 from the specified region, then you would have already received a notification for the new update. If not, then check it manually by using the any of the following methods.
Download update via system Settings:
- Go to Settings -> System & update
- Click on Software update and check for any update
- If available, Download and Install
Download update via Support app:
- Open Support app
- Go to HiCare -> Services -> Update
- then, Check for updates
- Download and Install the update, If available
