Huawei Nova 7i is receiving a new update that brings November 2020 security patch. That update does not bring any UI changes to your smartphone but increases the monthly security patch to November.
The latest update for Nova 7i is currently rolling out in the Middle East region with build version 10.1.0.260 and an update size of about 460MB. The update is still based on EMUI 10.1, but the users are eagerly waiting for EMUI 11. Notably, Huawei has already released EMUI 11 update for Nova 6 and Nova 7. But, there is no information regarding EMUI 11 update for Nova 7i.
You should have received the notification for the update. If not, then check it manually by using any of the two methods.
DOWNLOAD UPDATE VIA SYSTEM SETTINGS:
- Go to Settings -> System & update
- Click on Software update and check for any update
- If available, Download and Install
DOWNLOAD UPDATE VIA SUPPORT APP:
- Open Support app
- Go to HiCare -> Services -> Update
- then, Check for updates
- Download and Install the update, If available.
