Xiaomi Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro getting January 2021 security patch update

Xiaomi has started sending a new update to Mi 10T and 10T Pro. The update installs January 2021 security patch and increases device security. Security patch update fixes different levels of exploits, which in turn enhances the overall security. 

The latest update is currently seeding Global users of Mi 10T and 10T Pro. But, it should roll out to more regions in the coming weeks. The January 2021 security update hitting the smartphones with firmware version V12.0.11.0.QJDMIXM. 

Users can manually check for the latest update by navigating to Settings -> About phone -> System update. We have also added a download link for the Recovery ROM that weighs 2.9GB in size. The ROM file needs to be installed manually, which we don’t recommend.
