Redmi K20 Pro getting January 2021 security update in India

Xiaomi is sending a new update to Redmi K20 Pro that bumps Android monthly security patch level to January 2021. The update is currently seeking Indian users of Redmi K20 Pro with build version V12.0.4.0.QFKINXM. 

The update is based on Android 10 and rolling out as an OTA. As this is just a security patch update, it does not bring any new features or UI changes. But, the device’s security gets better than earlier. 

Users can manually check for the latest update by heading to Settings -> About phone -> System update. For those who want a manual installation, we have added a download link to the recovery ROM.
