Realme 3 Pro, 5 Pro, and C2 are receiving a new security update. The latest update installs January 2021 security patch along with December 2020 patch. With this update, these phones become the company’s first to receive Android’s latest monthly security patch.
The latest update is hitting Realme 3 Pro, 5 Pro, and C2 with build versions RMX1851EX_11_C.13, RMX1971EX_11_C.10, and RMX1941EX_11_A.32 respectively. In addition to the security patch, the update for Realme 3 Pro and 5 Pro adds a new feature and fixes a couple of issues. For Realme C2, the latest update optimizes system performance and improves system stability in addition to security patches.
Currently, the update is seeding the Global and Indian variant. However, it is expected to roll out widely in the coming weeks. Among these three, Realme 3 Pro and 5 Pro are also eligible for Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 updates. Unfortunately, Realme C2 will not get Realme UI 2.0.
