Earlier this week, Samsung released the January 2021 security update for the Galaxy S20 lineup and Galaxy S9. Now, the company adds more of its devices to the list, which includes Galaxy S10, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy S20 FE, and Galaxy Note 10 Lite.
The update does not brings any UI changes or new features but increases the security mechanism of the device, which make the device more safer to use. Samsung has already rolled out Android 11 based One UI 3.0 update to its Galaxy Note 10, Note 10+, and Galaxy S10 Lite. Whereas, the Galaxy S10 and Note 10 Lite is expected to get the One UI 3.0 skin in the near future.
The latest update for Galaxy S10, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy S20 FE, and Galaxy Note 10 Lite is rolling out as an OTA. If you own any of these devices, chances are that you’d have already received the update. If not, then check it manually by heading to Settings -> Software update -> Download and install.
