Samsung first released the One UI 3.0 beta update for South Korean users of Galaxy Z Fold 2 a couple of months ago. Now, the company is pushing Android 11 based One UI 3.0 stable update to the smartphone. The update also brings January 2021 security patch, keeping the device’s security at its best.
Notably, the stable One UI 3.0 update is currently rolling out in Germany with firmware version F916BXXU1CTLL. The latest update brings Android 11 features like chat bubbles, dedicated media playback widget, a separate conversation area, and security improvements like one-time permission. On top of this, Samsung’s One UI 3.0 skin brings an improved User interface, fast widget access, and bubble support.
The update could have reached your Galaxy Z Fold 2 if you belong to Germany. If that’s not the case, then check it manually by heading to Settings » Software update. The update is expected to hit other regions in the near future.
