Samsung released Galaxy Xcover Pro back in 2020 with Android 10 OS. The smartphone is now receiving its first major OS upgrade in the form of Android 11 with One UI 3.0 skin on the top. In fact, Galaxy Xcover Pro is the company’s first rugged phone to receive One UI 3.0 update.
The One UI 3.0 update hitting Galaxy Xcover Pro with firmware version G715FNXXU7BUA8. It is rolling out in various regions that includes Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Malaysia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Netherlands, UAE, and UK.
Android 11 update brings features like chat bubbles, dedicated media playback widget, a separate conversation area, and security improvements like one-time permission. On top of this, Samsung’s One UI 3.0 skin brings an improved User interface, fast widget access, and bubble support.
If you have not received the update yet, check it manually by heading to Settings > Software update. If the update is available, then proceed with Download and install. Otherwise, wait for a few days to let the update hit your device.
