Samsung is now rolling out a new update for Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ in the US. The update is still based on Android 10 and brings January 2021 security patch.
The update is rolling out to the US variant of Galaxy Note 10 with build version N970U1UES5DTLF and version N975U1UES5DTLF for Galaxy Note 10+. Notably, the company has rolled out Android 11 based One UI 3.0 skin to Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ in some regions. But, the users in the US are still in the queue to receive One UI 3.0 update.
Back to the current update, it is rolling out as an OTA to the devices. The January 2021 security patch fixes 1 critical and 47 high levels of CVEs and exploits. To manually check the status of latest update, navigate to Settings -> Software update, and click Download and install.
